OH MY GOD I love this AU and I clicked this and this is actually so much cooler than I expected by the title. The angst, man, the angst. Schlatt is a widely known villain aint he- The focus you gave to their obvious poverty in the original fic, the idea of Tommy acting funny to keep a facade, the idea of the big bee plushie- THE ANGST IS GLORIOUS
