Holy fucking shit. This was such a fun little thing to read, I'm literally (okay maybe not LITERALLY but still, very literally) crying from how sweet this was. From beginning to end, it was enjoyable and funny and quirky and I was rooting for JK and Tae the whole time, as individuals in a different world. I felt myself grow-up with Kook (for a very short while) and I was so incredibly PROUD of him when he fibally relaxed a bit and gathered up his courage to meet Tae. I felt Taehyung's desire to at least KNOW who his other half was, and I anticipated every moment leading up to him FINALLY meeting the one person he knew he already loved. The scene where they met played out in my head like a film! It happened in slow-motion and it was dramatic and heart-fluttering and I may or may not have (but totally did) felt my throat clench a little and there could have been excess moisture in my eyeballs and... Mhm, it was great.. amazing... hope-inducing.... heartfelt.... GORGEOUS AND ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL (such understatements but they are the only words I can even think of right now) ♡♡♡♡♡♡It makes me wish that things like the soulmate system in your fic were REAL and that this story was REAL. I'm actually quite sad that it's not :(I'm honeslty hoping you do a pt.2 even though this is already so so so good on it's own (xTHANK YOU FOR POSTING SUCH A LOVELY STORY <3makes me think that YOU are also a lovely PERSON and you deserve a love as sweet as the one you wrote about :')

I really love soulmate au and i've really liked the original prompt when i saw it on my dash but I've never suspected that someone not only would write a taekook fic out of it, but that it'd be so good too. I really liked how you depicted Jeongguk's hesitance? I feel like it's something some soulmate aus gloss over but I'm glad you mentioned how you created a system that isn't perfect, that allows for mistakes (and multiple soulmates!! granted, definitely not a mistake, that one). Everything felt so much more realistic thanks to that. The whole scribbling various stuff, reminders and whatnot and the bruises felt very Taehyung too. (Although I can totally imagine Jeongguk being covered in bruises as a kid too, being the active and curious, sometimes a bit reckless person that seems to be.)And I really really liked the line about soulmates providing just happy beginnings and happy endings being something you must work to achieve? And how them finally meeting in person was such a happy beginning but how it didn't magically solve everything because that's up to them and there'll be time for that in the futureAll in all, this was really delightful, I hope to see more from you!!

OMG look I AM A SUCKER FOR SOULMATE AUS I WANT ALL OF THEM and this ship has surprisingly few stories with this plot and most of the existing ones have been deleted for some reason AND THEN I COME HERE ONE DAY AND THERE IS THIS ONE AND !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I AM IN LOVE WITH THIS STORY.Everything about it is sweet and beautiful and makes my insides melt AND IT'S SO IN CHARACTER, seriously. Seriously. I can imagine Jeongguk acting just like this in this situation, his insecurity regarding how his soulmate would react to him, the way he felt like he lost his opportunity to respond, everything was so heartwarming.At the same time, my heart was breaking for Taehyung when he passed ten years of his short life thinking he did not have a soulmate. I was really sad for him and wanted to know how he came into terms with that. It made me glimpse his strong character when Jimin mentioned that.OMG I want to know how their lives went on and I want to be invited to their wedding or something I LOVED THIS STORYP.S.: of course Park Jimin is the creator of the sharpie dick. Omg this was so good i'm on the floor??? This is a very unique soulmate AU in the sense that many others I've read have always been perfectly happy to let their characters fall into the predestined route, and then explore what happens along the way. Your fic and the premise of this soulmate AU made me think about the realities of essentially being born into a world with no consideration for your own choices- i imagine it would be terrifying, really. As much as I was frustrated with jungkook I could empathise with him on a certain level, that many a time the first step is the most terrifying one to take of all. Loved this, thank you!
