This is amazing, I've been looking for something like this for so long and it's already breaking my heart! Poor little Sirius, he's so happy that they're all proud of him, it's going to be so sad to see how he feels when he gets into Gryffindor :(

I'm really excited about this. I just read, well--mostly listened to, ATYD twice in rapid succession and I can't get enough of it. I have a feeling this will be just as angsty but in an entirely different way as it is from Sirius's POV. Already, I'm really enjoying the insight into Sirius's home life, his relationship with Regulus and how it goes from where it is now to where it ends up in ATYD. I already hate Walpurga and feel terrible for both Sirius and Regulus.My heart is breaking at Sirius desperately trying to fit in but being unable to and love the metaphor of a puzzle piece that didn't fit. I'm also glad he finds the group he does fit into at Hogwarts even if it comes at a cost. The moment with the wand was sweet but also a little heartbreaking that he wants to please his mother so much. Looking forward to reading more when I have time. I've bookmarked this and will definitely be back for more.
