This was a great story. It made me tear up which is unusual for me. I thought it held the tone of the books- everyone seemed in character- and yet managed to humanize several of the relationships in a very sweet way.And yes, being told you are enough is a great and meaningful blessing.

But the way you described that Patronus was beautiful I really felt like I could visualize prongs with all his beauty and glory just like I would in a movie. You’re really talented!

Woah! This was such an interesting concept for Occlumency!! And yes, I love when authors help us see that Harry isnt dumb, he just learns differently. I need the same sort of practical application as well (god, my therapist trying to get me to meditate was a TRIP till we figured out what I needed to visualize). I really really love this. And that memory was very sad, that Dudley’s small words meant so much to Harry. “You told me I was enough.” SOBS I also liked how you described the happy memories used for a patronus needing to be tinged with sad. That resonates a lot actually, though I’m not sure I can articulate why. Very excited to keep reading this.

I love how complex their relationship is already its entertaining to read. For some reason my vindictive side is coming out to play and it wants Severus to go "Oh shit I've been verbally abusing an already abused child." and feel bad, but eventually get better, but the bad parts first for that tasty angst. I can't wait for Sev to start caring for Harry and Harry being so confused about it lol. Keep up the good work!! <3<3<3

You write really convincing summaries....I have never read a summary before which made me want to read the story, not because I think that I will like to read it, but because the writer has me convinced that I should give it a try! I haven't started reading this one yet, I just came from completing the 9th chapter of dripping fingers. And since it's already 1 am, I will be going to sleep now. But one thing is for sure that I am going to read this story....after all dripping fingers was amazing and I can't wait to read it's next chapter.... I did not ask for these tears 😭This is the year where I went from I really enjoy Harry Potter!! to #relatable and why do I care so much. I was also 15 when the book came out soooo. Very relatable. Seriously Harry's 5th year is why I connect and relate to him so much.So stories like this just make me cry because Harry really needed someone in his corner and Snape could have been his biggest supporter if he knew who Harry actually was/what he had lived through.
