He's royalty after all, and here's Ranboo (a good kid, but he's still replacing Tommy) being favored. I mean, that would hurt. Tommy's directly family and Phil just ignores him and Ranboo doesn't even need the titles n' shit (kinda reminds me of Trashta except Ranboo's a good person). I can't wait to see the jealousy and the neglect that leads to Tommy leaving!!!! I can't wait for Tommy to find a better life with Dream!!!! And I can't wait for SBI to REGRET!!!! I imagine because Tommy's tried so hard to be the perfect heir they've forgotten he's just a kid (I'm sure Tommy's forgotten who he is under everything as well T^T) and I bet losing him, at first, is going to be a punch to the gut because he does SO MUCH for them and they suddenly lose that. And THEN when they see Tommy later it's a bigger punch to the gut, because he's more open and happy after being away from the throne/kingdom/family T^TAlso I love how you're writing the Royal family (where they need to bow and correctly call each other by their title,etc.) and how that's clearly thrown aside for Ranboo, which makes Tommy's upset both understandable and reasonable (though I'm sure Phil and the others won't see that). Phil is being unfair here and I dread how much worse it'll all be as the rest of the family are brought in T^T At least there's the promise of good guy Dream in the future!!!(Also! Also! Also! I hope the people of the Kingdom HATE the change of Tommy not being heir, they seem to think he'll be a successful and just ruler! TIME FOR REVOLUTION, BOYS!!!!)Loving this!!!! <3

I'm already so invested in this fic and it's only been one chapter. I really love how Tommy's character is starting out in this. He's obviously cold and stern but you can't really tell if he's showing any emotion because he sounds so neutral. I hope we'll get to see him loosen up soon, specifically around Dream but right now I'm kinda liking his vibe

I've read Remarried Empress (and currently waiting for the next season), so I have a slight idea where this will be heading. I'm excited what you'll do with the plot and Tommy's journey/reaction for the future events. And especially with Dream (because he is my favorite cc) and how he'll be with Tommy. I'm looking forward to this!

I am quite late to the party but I can tell this is going to be amazing, this is probably the first fic I’ve ever read where SBI isn’t happy, found family, etc., but I love the dynamic so far (not for Tommy, just for my reading pleasure). I’m assuming you are *not* a part of a royal family, but I love how you write this so much and I can tell that the amount of angst and suffering will be great and the scars it leaves on c!Tommy will be quite deep. Going to try to catch up before the fic ends so wish me luck and I’m liking this already
