I feel like 'Torture' and 'implied body modification' should be added to the tags. Personally I'm not okay with the doctor talking about ripping people's teeth from thier heads so they can be mouth raped against thier will, or the mention of cuting off someone's testicles. That through me back since body modification, especially FORCED body modifications, and body torture really upset me. That's not to say this wasn't a well written story with a lot of kinks. I just felt like I should share my opinion no matter how unpopular it may be.
