Omg I usually hate soft stuff. Fluff isn't my cup of tea, but after reading this a lot of things happened. One I wanted to read a shit ton of taekook, even the stuff I've read before. Two I am so in love with soft taekook now, like this was super cute. Before I even finish reading I was thinking how I was gonna tag this in my bookmarks. Cause best believe this is getting bookmark for a rainy day. (Coincidentally it is indeed raining right now so this story was absolutely perfect)

I. I honestly have no idea what to say because?? I'm still not over this feeling of drowning in a sea of melting marshmallows, like i kid you not, i feel like my heart is recieving the warmest hug and its such a good feeling this entire fic was a good feeling. Everything in this fic had me clutching my heart and begging for mercy but ok, i am forever the biggest fan of how you depicted their friendship. The bond they have between is so beautifully written; there's so much?¿? affection there that it nearly overwhelmed me, like there was literally nothing that could come between the infinite amount of love they have for eachother, platonic or otherwise (DONT GET ME STARTED ON THAT CONFESSION I CANT FORM PROPER WORDS SO MUCH FLOOF) and that was just so wonderful to have? Friendship is so important? I absolutely love the idea of this story! That their love was so strong and so ...natural to them, that it bonded them without them even realizing it was happening. I also liked the fact that there was no angst upon them finding about them - no one avoiding the other, painful denial or anything else. Just two friends who valued each other enough to figure things out together. Lovely story overall!

The dynamics of this relationship is really sweet. I like how you justified them entering a romantic relationship through talking with each other and sorting their feelings out (communication is key!) instead of wild Alpha/Omega sex. And for Kook to resist himself when Tae was in heat, that just shows how much deeper their relationship is and I really like that! Good job!!

Okay I think it's bout time I commented here because damn, I don't know how many times I've read this in the last few weeks like wow? Too many but never enough?? This is what I call a job well done. I mean I opened the fic expecting another cute story about this two but it's so much better than I expected!! Just the prompt (CUDDLES AND TAEKOOK AND CHILDHOOD FRIENDS) sounded amazing, but you've really gotten my heart here. They're just so cute and cuddly and godd they trust each other so much?? And there's so much fluff but also a bit of angst which I love (my ultimate weakness)??? The first scene had me squealing beause how cute is it that Tae goes to Kook's place looking to wear his clothes (cries softly) because he knows he will be safe like that?? And then he promptly goes to cuddle him ufgggh I couldn't take it anymore at this point so imagine the rest... Tae being so mentally strong and being able to oppose to the stereotypes that are expected from him as an omega and Kook suporting him through everything. The fact that they're so comfortable around each other and pick up on each others mood and how ready Kook is to help Tae even though they'd had that fight; that scene definitely ended me. Tae was so, so scared and he was so helpless but Kook was already on is way and just knew what to do to make him feel better and he stayed with Tae even though he was feeling really uncomfortable himself. Then he made sure to keep an eye on Tae the following days and then they just couldn't take being apart anymore they couldn't even sleep if the other wasn't there. The confession was GORGEOUS (one of my faves out there), I loved Kook's speech, they way he expressed everything so clearly to make Tae understand just how important he is to Kook even though he wasn't sure himself about what he was trying to say, then Tae confessing that he had been in love for years (I'm so WEAK for pining childhood friends, even if Tae hand't exactly been pining but I mean how amazing is it to fall in love with your childhood friend when the feeling is mutual??) Also kudos for Tae's relationship with Kook's parents and again shoutout to the general softness of this fic aaaaaaaAAHHHHH istg this is so, so good and they're so, so soft!!!! I can't wait to read more from you!! This has become one of my fave Taekook fics now!!<3
